I was walking past the glass backdoor in the morning after a shower and stopped in my tracks. That wasn't the view I was used to. An overnight blanket of snow had fallen gracefully upon Somerset and England. The magic of snow and christmas time had everyone receding to infantile delight. I'm going to miss this.
Saturday
somerset snow
Winter. England. Somerset. I'm getting a teaser of the white Christmas. Unfortunately I won't get the experience itself. The house is my house. Where we've been living the whole year, right on the edge of the school grounds. A beautiful view of the snow covered hills in the distance. Two days ago, our backyard was only white.
